They are planning to add passwords to mobile. When I originally swapped to OneNote they didn't offer good android handwriting input options, but it looks like that has been added since (dunno how improved it is though). The only thing EverNote currently offers that I could ever want is better tagging/searching, mobile passwords, and maybe some overall faster performance. I think there was also a limit on # of notebooks when I used it? Don't see anything about that on the evernote website now though.
Then for their Premium account they limit the ability to annotate PDFs and version history. OneNote is completely free now, but EverNote (among other things) limits your upload size and your offline access to their Plus account. The biggest "nope" was the limitations for paid accounts. I thought about going back to EverNote recently, toyed with the idea and version.
